The Infinity® Perpetual Learning System is a end-to-end human capital management system that evaluates, prescribes, trains, evaluates once more and offers more curriculum until 100% retention is confirmed by the system.
The Perpetual Learning Process
Perpetual Learning model - First curriculum is established, outlined, developed, and assigned to employees. Next, employees are assigned and complete a mystery call/evaluation. Results are then added to the LMS X system. Employees who fail this evaluation are locked out of their company's lead management system until they successfully complete assigned refresher training and have been approved to receive leads by their manager. This cycle repeats for the duration of the employee's time in a given role, hence the name Infinity®.
